The public at large is the victim.

The system was run by republican Kim Wyman, who repeatedly stated there had never been issues with fraud. People also have to quit calling mistakes fraud. Mistakes are mistakes, accidental not purposeful.

Why don't you think all crimes should be reported? All crimes have a victim. How about identity theft, especially that takes advantage of elderly?

I don't know that they can think this rationally. Or they wouldn't be doing what they are doing. The confession is to "save their soul."
Rocketgirl8097 t1_j858vta wrote
This is bs. Clergy should report all crimes heard in confession. And I was raised Catholic. Not so much any more because they won't clean house on stuff like this.

I dont think going over the social security cap means that you also no longer have to pay the state medical leave premium. It does make your net higher, so when they figure the percentage for the medical leave premium, it will be a larger amount than you paid previous. I doubt they are going to see it as you paid too much.

We have curbside in Kennewick. I just don't often use it because the wind blows the cans down the street. So I save them in the house and periodically drop them off at the bins over in Richland.

If it was the way it used to be it would be great... we took our glass pop bottles back to the grocery store where we bought them. The grocery checker gave us the cash back.

Its not really flat here though, there are a lot of rolling hills and canyons. Just not a lot of natural trees. True flat land would be Nebraska or Kansas.

That is Bechtel. The rest of us have every Friday off. Thursday night probably is worse.

Any prepared food is taxed such as at all restaurants. Food doesn't come naturally in a jar. Because there is a service you are paying for.

Just a guess but Washington makes revenue off sales tax, not income tax. So the next level of home sales is a business entity, which would require you to submit sales tax collected back to the state.
Rocketgirl8097 t1_j7a8n8j wrote
Cut out about half of that or all you'll be doing is driving. That isn't really time enough to do anything. You need time to stop for walking trails (not everything is visible from the highway) and to eat. Crater Lake specifically may already be closed for the winter by October, it's a very short tourist season there.

What direction are you coming from? Tri-Cities is about an hour and a half west. Clarkston about the same distance east. Other little towns closer but I dont think they have hotels.

Agreed. And how many months of the year are they really riding? Mainly summer months. So we switch everything around for the minority that have minority usage of the road? No.

The people who ride bikes in Tri-Cities are crazy people. Very few do I ever see driving responsibly. Usually driving 20-30 miles over the limit and are going so fast you can't hear them until they are passing you. Not sure they will care about any laws, they don't care about them now.

Lawyers do have to report information that could stop a crime about to be committed.
