That only really works if you are in a position to negotiate, if they actually value your labor, most jobs are just looking to hire bodies to fill a certain role.
Maybe in your field negotiating a contract is common, but in my field there is not too much wiggle room on how much companies are willing to pay. If one company isn't willing to pay me what I'm worth, I just go to a different company, but that's why it's important that I know the salary range upfront, so I don't waste my time interviewing for a bunch of different jobs, just to find out how much they are willing to pay.

Possibly, but as a job seeker at least you know what the low end of their offer is. Personally, whenever I am looking for a job that is the number I care about, because that is what I am going to assume they will pay me.

Yes I know, but do we really need to start talking about an election now, that is still two years out?

Personally I actually enjoy talking about politics, but there were just so many political ads this past election, mentally I'd just like a break before we all start talking about the next one.

The elections just finished, can we have like 10 minutes before we start taking about the next election please.

If what they are doing is continuing the process of decimating the wildlife population, then yeah they should be asked to give it up. I hear what you are saying, it's not straightforward and this is just another grevience in a long list of justified greviences Native Americans have, but if what they are doing is taking away the rights of others, then it shouldn't be allowed. The Suquamish also have rights, and if what other tribes are doing is interfering with those rights, then shouldn't the next higher authority (the state) have the obligation to step in?

Which is exactly what banning fish farming is trying to do, that is the purpose, to work together and let the ecosystem of the Puget Sound recover from years of harmful practices that yes, were mostly from white men.

Well, in this particular case one tribes practices are interfering with the livelihood of other tribes, along with the ecosystem of the whole Puget Sound.
Their right to fish does outweigh other groups right to fish, and to live off the common goods of the Puget Sound.

Well if they can't sell it, I would certainly be willing to take it of their hands for them, wouldn't want it to go to waste. 😁

It's not a bad map honestly, the only changes I might make would be to carve the central Washington Valleys out of the mountains region, Ellensburg and Yakima especially. Also I don't think I'd include Lewis County in the South Sound region, I feel like they might fit in better in the south region. Pacific is kinda a toss up, it's not really part of the peninsula, but it may have more in common with that area than the south region, from talking with people out there I get the feeling they always feel kinda left out and forgotten, which is understandable because there are not a whole lot of people that live out there anyway.

It is kinda funny that most of the biggest mountains in the state are not in your "mountains" region.

I had the exact same thought. Looking at negative tweets, is not exactly the most scientific way of determining what the most hated app is.

That is exactly my point, if a company to list a job as $40,000-$200,000, then I would know that it is not even worth my time to apply because the pay will likely be $40,000.
