I haven't been to this aquariam in ages, my Father used to have the pass for the year...and it was nice and entertaining back then....
Me wanting to take a trip there now and see what it is like now.....hope I'm not disappointed as I was with the RWP ZOO.

Can you expand on what you thought was nice about it?
When I went in 2019...most enclosures were "empty" (and they charge quite a bit of money to walk thru their empty zoo).
There was more dirt in the living quarters of the animals than water or foliage.
Every animal I tried to view was either hiding or laying down far away from the spectators.
I left there feeling SO SAD for the animals because I had been in 1980's and it was much, much better and the animals were much, much happier.
I never agreed with "zoos" to begin with...but because I brought my kids there when they were little I wanted to have some Nostalgia and I seriously left there so SAD.

I don't care about down votes.
I literally walked thru that zoo a couple years ago....just like I did back in the 80's.
Back in the 80's like I said...it was more greenery...less DIRT....more visible caretakers for the animals.
When I went in 2019 there was not a "worker" in site and I would say 85% of the animals were not even up walking....either hiding or laying down....very, very sad.

It used to be OK with a lot of greenery for the animals back in the 80's.
I went alone a few years ago and it was the most depressing site I had seen in a very long time...dirt everywhere...an animal here and there...it seemed so lonely and uncared for.
It was very sad..I concur.

I don't know and you don't know if Ashley has a "plan".
What I do know is McKee has the power to make costs easier on Rhode Island and he is choosing not to do so.
Lame ass POS

Also BYE MCKEE! You were never voted for and the silent majority WILL WIN this time as we have a group of people to ensure the elections are not rigged this time.

Sure those people that can't think for themselves or are too lazy to get involved in the bills they are passing in Congress behind your back...are OK with being dictated to.
I am not ok with being dictated to....Dems are dictators.

Please tell me who has called for violence? I know Maxine Waters and Lori Lightfoot have.
What Republican? I think you need to watch the Trump rally tonight to realize what Republicans are about its the Democrat cities with the violence.
Soon Rhode Island will be Chicago if RI doesnt wake up

Ashley also stated that McKee should be freezing the utility taxes for Rhode Island as he has the power to do so with Emergency Powers.
So with the rising energy costs (along with everything else)....I am voting for Ashley as she said she would use the Emergency Powers to help RIers save $$$$.
Its all about the $$ for me. McKee is a dictator....Republicans are not that.

Cool. So possibly it depends on the insurance company. Because I know for a fact that my stepson would not marry her if he didn't feel like he HAD to....he literally told me this the other day....it was only for the health insurance.....

I'm not sure if the "yes" answer is correct because my step son is getting married this Wed. in the backyard ONLY because his girlfriend of MANY years...needs health insurance.
And I believe that if he could get her health insurance without marrying her he would.
Also, his Mother worked for the State of Rhode Island and his Mother really doesn't want him to be "married" to this girl.....because she will be the inheritor of all they have if something were to happen. And I know the Mother is not fond of this girl so if there were a way to get her on the Insurance without marriage, I would think this Mom would know about it....and they would not be getting married in her backyard tomorrow.

This might be a virus because for 2 days I felt like I could not breathe and kept taking my inhaler.
Also, one night I was trying to sleep and it felt like something was stuck in my throat.
Then a friend of mine came over yesterday (who had been around my house before I felt this way) and said that HE was having trouble breathing and coughing up phelgm. SO...it could very well be a virus.
Hope you feel better soon.

Last time i went was about 10 yrs ago and they werent doing the shows anymore which bothered me because in my mind the shows helped justify the prices.
I will have to check their website thank you flr reminding me of a GEM from my childhood.
Yeah the animals are enclosed there also but seems they took into account accommodations
