Some of that shit is ridiculous you can't show musical numbers if someone is doing watch of an old movie when the entire musical number has been posted by someone else 7 years ago.

Are you ready to commit to watching an hour or an hour and a half of a talk program where there a two people you don't give a fuck about are guests and finally someone you do care about shows up 45 minutes into the program. If you have Zsa Zsa Gabor, Joey Hetherton and then Muhamed Ali shows up late in the program you might be less inclined to watch. So, chop it up into small segments and you get more views.

I find the concept of the "Bullshit Job" to be utter nonsense. Unless your workplace is very poorly managed every job will serve some purpose toward the profitability of the company. You as an observer may not understand what that purpose is but, it is there.

The true power of AI is that it will have expert levels of knowledge in multiple areas if not all areas of human knowledge.

Even now a human genius will still have big gaps in knowledge in field in which they do not specialize. AI will have no gaps and potentially know all that is known at a given time allowing it to discover new knowledge and share it with humans and other AIs instantaneously. Thus, will be created a feedback loop of ever-increasing knowledge leading to singularity.

Certainly, businesses that provide goods and services to average people are going to be in favor of a UBI, Wal-Mart and McDonald's for example. Now if you are an extractor of basic materials like Anaconda Copper or a defense contractor then you might be a little less inclined to pay more tax for a UBI.

Currently, consumption by average people is 70% of U.S. GDP. The wealthy might be able to survive the collapse of 70% of the U.S. economy but, I don't think the wealthy find the idea of sitting in a fortress surrounded by armed guards all that appealing. Of course, there are places in the world where the wealthy do live exactly like that.

However, it plays out, it will be a bloody struggle.

There are only two games worth playing in a casino. Blackjack If you know basic strategy cold. And craps if you bet the pass/No pass line. In everything else the odds are so stacked against you; you are guaranteed to lose.
