Am I the only one that thinks this place is mediocre at best?

Crisco and Fluff was the best base mix before Crisco changed in the mid 2000’s. Since then, it’s hard to make it taste the same vintage way from the past.

I lived near those growing up. My guess is updated building codes and safer materials. Those were almost always the first to go up in flames, wiping out some entire families and catching the buildings next to them on fire.

People involuntarily committed go through a court hearing to determine if they are a danger to themselves or others. They also have a representative or can hire one of their own for this. Sometimes they are let out at this point. But if multiple people determine you’re worthy of commitment, it’s pretty dire.

NH had the highest pediatric cancer rate in the COUNTRY from 2003-14. And a cancer cluster was confirmed on the seacoast shortly after. All of this was linked to PFAS. It honestly surprises me we haven’t done more about this.

Wouldn’t touch. Land can change through sale/inheritance, etc., and fees/what currently is allowed and whatnot could change. Own your own land.

That’s because the agent is partially on the hook. If you all collectively have the same issue, the attorney’s costs can be less. At least find out what can be done.

If your business relies heavily on something that happens 1x q 4 years, might want to examine that model.
