If you have a rolling floor-jack you can do the slightly unethical thing and jack it up and carefully pull one end of the car into the street. It gets taken care of quickly when it’s left jutting into the traffic lane

That could be possible, too. Fighter jets are crazy loud and moving slow at low agl it’s gonna make a ton of noise regardless. If it was in fact and EA-18 an not an FA -18 then it’s a Navy plane, so maybe that has something to do with it. Who knows
