Looks like L'Artisan Cafe & Bakery on point St is also open at 6am but again not in federal hill. I'm usually not seeking coffee until 8am anyways if I don't make it at home.

I think there only a couple coffee shops in the entire city that open at 6am (besides Dunkin)

Not going to say anything about the owner of the building because I know nothing. However Far West closed because the owners moved to New Orleans. And High Dive closed because the building owner lost the liquor license. I've been to both places often enough to get that info from both of them before they closed.

My friend lives there and they like it a lot. The units are nice and management has always responded to them quickly. Every time I've visited it's been quiet and everyone seems friendly. They have no complaints anyways. The price is kind of rough though

Up until recently I was at federal tap house almost every Monday for their 50 cent wings. They just recently got rid of it.

Now we got Thursday at black sheep (fried wings) and Wednesday at Rogue island (smoked wings). Both 50 cents
