You'll probably have to visit the election office downtown, or vote provisionally in person then. Sounds like it's lost in the mail
Edit:
The ACLU actually filled a complaint with the county over this issue.

I can't answer that, you'd have to ask the elections office. I imagine they have ways to help you out.

Go here: https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/pages/ballottracking.aspx
"Vote recorded" means they received your ballot and put it the the pile to count. The state bans them from opening the envelopes before the polls open on election day.

In Allegheny county, if you haven't already requested a ballot online or through the mail, you can request one in person at the city county building. They'll issue it immediately, and you can fill it out and return while you're there.

It's getting pretty close to worry time if you're not planning on dropping it off in person.

Weird that they still list him as a key person at Bain capital if he has zero to do with it.

I'm sorry, it's just the majority that's owned by the private capital fund he founded. That's totally materially different.

They're all owned by I heart media, which is owned by Mitt Romney.
This is the exact kind of message they do support

Not-so-fun fact:
Halloween is the deadliest day of the year for people under 18. But it's because they get hit by cars, none of the candy BS.
Edit: if this bothers you (and it should!) It only costs $25 to close your street, and suspend open container laws at the same time!

Parking on the sidewalk happens everywhere in the city. It's crazy.
There's even a downtown surface lot that uses the sidewalk on Penn when their lot is full, with no enforcement from the city stopping them.
