Well I wish you the best. Hopefully the DEP proves us all wrong and reigns them in.

I mean I know housing is a complex issue, but how didn't you know about the plant?

The strip is a perfect place to work if you don't have a car.
Not sure about your budget, but there's housing right in the strip, cheaper housing on the Northside, and very easy bus transit from the nearby Lawrenceville and Bloomfield neighborhoods.

25% of city households don't have a car. It's certainly doable.
What area are you going to be in? The city proper will be better for it than any of the suburbs.

I agree, I was just making a joke.
No one wants to work, there's vacancies everywhere, but these 600 jobs are critical to the economy.

Remember we paid shell to build this plant. They're not going to worry about fines that'll never catch up to the amount of subsidies they've received.

Yeah I avoid it as much as I can, but I still have to make enough trips to the suburbs that I can't completely ditch my car yet.

It's easy when there's no traffic, or when there's enough traffic to slow everything down.
Those in between situations suck.

I'm guessing the market rate plunged, since demand is down.

Hey, those couple hundred jobs paid for in state subsidies were worth it though, right?

Yeah, that was 1754, but we're not "Duquesnesburgh" :)

All for less than 600 jobs.
