So you, in your smaller and more maneuverable vehicle, had the option to back out and flat out refused because you don’t trust your driving skills and ability to back into an intersection? I’m with the truck driver on this one. Learn how to drive already.

Fair response. You are correct. I hope the place does well.

There was a place like this when I lived in Pittsburgh called Latitude 360. Went there for a work event a couple months after it opened. It was completely and overwhelmingly meh. It’s like the worst parts of a bowling alley mashed up with a bad Chuck E. Cheese with the worst corporate restaurant chain you can think of. It was sold after 18 months and the new owners couldn’t make it work either and that closed after another 18 months way before the pandemic. It tried to be a lot of things and did none of them well, so there was no reason to go there. It was too child-like for adults and at the same time too grownup for kids. I don’t think management was in the restaurant business, so they couldn’t get the staff to buy in to the “soul” of the place, and they therefore didn’t make the experience feel special to customers. (I think TopGolf actually does a decent job at this). I hope the RVA place is different, of course, but we’ll see.

There was also a number for Time that was sponsored by Duquesne Light but I forget the number. Maybe it was 333-9300???

I honestly doubt you’ll find Black Friday deals at any of the official team stores like PensGear. It’s definitely worth a trip to Steel City at 625 Smithfield. They have unique Pittsburgh sports themed apparel and gifts that are really nice.

Why do you say it’s excess? Get over it already. You broke the law and got caught. If you wanted to fight the fine, that’s what traffic court is for. Roads are very expensive, that money’s gotta come from somewhere.
cmyk412 t1_iwzx0jh wrote
So here’s the thing. There’s a sign. You ignored it and got a ticket exactly as the sign promised. Be a grownup, pay the ticket and move on. Whining about it is not a good look.

They had a great home video game section back in the 1980s. As a kid I’d go there and play Atari, Colecovision, and Intellivision games for hours.
