Born and raised in DC and went to college here too. Most of my friends with the exception of 1 are from DC. People are genuinely shocked when I tell them that I am not a transplant

Thanks I’ve been to a lot of hookah restaurants in those areas. Most don’t serve alcohol. It’s mostly people smoking hookah, and sipping tea. If you have specific recommendations, kindly share!
