Nope. He'll wait until you're moving up then get you for driving with your headlights off. You do you, but I'll keep my headlights on. It's not worth a ticket to me.

Couldn't this LPT get you a ticket? I thought you legally had to have your headlights on at night in most, if not all, states.

You can drink water, drink tea, drink Gatorade, etc to stay hydrated. You can also use a humidifier or pot of simmering water on your stove to add humidity to the air to help.
Not that soup is bad, but I wouldn't consider this a pro tip at all.

She's 35 and single. She's probably been playing games her entire dating life.

YES!! 1000 times yes! My husband says the same thing except he uses rom coms and Disney fairytales for his examples.
It's also really funny to see women saying they want to be equal to men, yet won't put in equal effort when it comes to relationships.

And if you were interested and cared, you'd reach out or text him no matter what.

Use this same logic on yourself. If you wanted to see him again you'd text him. He may not understand what happened and what went wrong, if it did.
You even said yourself you were supposed to stay over then didn't due to an appointment. He may have thought you changed your mind over something he did.

Then, it sounds like you should have all this figured out and not need any advice.

Take this as a learning experience. Don't put yourself in situations like these in the future. Not only did you black out, but you were grinding on another man.
Just imagine if that other man didn't realize how drunk you were and thought you were making a move. You could have slept with him without being aware at the time. This is why people need to be aware of their drinking limit and not place themselves in compromising situations, especially when drugs and alcohol are involved.

Yes. Black mold, floors could be shit, carpet could be difficult to remove, carpet pad could have mold, carpet pad could be difficult to remove, floors could be tough to refinish, floors might not be able to be refinished, and the carpet may not be able to be reused and OP would have to purchase new carpet and new carpet pad.
Almost anything could arise. Which is why it's not smart to invest time and money fixing up a place that isn't yours.

What help are you looking for then? Practically, carpet is easy to remove. What specific advice are you looking for.

Why would you spend your money to upgrade a place you only rent?
Also, you could get kicked out for this. Doesn't matter what the landlord should be doing, you'd be messing with their property without their consent.

Breaking a law just because you think it's being kind to others doesn't negate the fact you broke a law. Your entire argument is illogical.
