You can burn 20% pine if it's dry enough and you have the stove cranked before you put one piece in.
Better than throwing a windfall away.

Government jobs lag in raises (COLA or otherwise) because of the elaborate budget approval process.

You could support ballot efforts to have anyone else deliver your power. Yes, it matters, because the right management would invest in more redundancies and better tree trimming.

+2 on getting the lawyer. Might be able to work out a plea deal to a lesser speed over if he does online remedial driver's ed and some other stuff. But it'll be expensive.

Until recently California residents could drive new cars without plates for six months because their DMV was so backed up. Steve Jobs leased new a Mercedes twice a year to preserve his (douchey) privacy.

They used to say run a candle if you're stuck in a snow drift, with your window cracked an inch. Maybe it was for heat, maybe it was so the plows could see you. Both seem like pathetic attempts.
I think I'd rather just keep my windows up and my motor off.

Going off the hood-fender-door panel gaps it reminds me of a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am. And its inspection sticker ran out.

K1 supplies are very tight and expensive, leave it for those who need it for outdoor tanks.

They run fine on an inverter off your car battery, don't take much power at all.

To be fair to me, Spectrum offers 300 mbits/sec in Sanford but 20 in Standish. They inherited the circa 2002 Adelphia lines and made no investments in them since then.

I run my heat pump above 15 out and the stove below that point. Otherwise the stove cooks me out.
Obviously I don't have insulation like OP.
