From the mod team:

Assuming you are a new user account for the same person that posted weeks ago about this, and that old user account has since been deleted, do not harass the other user you are most certainly thinking of.

They have told you repeatedly they do not have your snake, do not know the person who took the snake, do not know how to contact that person, and have asked that you leave them alone. From everything they've said and we've seen, they were simply a bystander that was at the same place a snake was at, took a picture and posted it, and were then hounded by you and a few others.

Again, do not harass that user or attempt to identify them on this subreddit or Reddit in general. This is your first and only warning on this matter.

True, the water is actually bugged out god rays.

On that note, I’m cautiously optimistic that the next-gen update “coming 2023” for Fallout 4 might actually work for me to complete the game without unavoidable crashes near Goodneighbor.

I’ve easily dumped hundreds of hours into the game before it became (or feels?) like a progression blocker.

Without saying it, you're essentially explaining that, if OPs curiosity gets the best of them, they then willfully provide personal verification details to a third party without any way of verifying they are authentically them and this isn't a phishing attempt for future identity theft or a scam.

OP, that's categorically a Bad Idea™.

If you feel in your gut that something felt weird about that interaction, trust your gut the first time. If they're authentic, they will provide ways to verify they are indeed who they are. Otherwise, literally anyone can say they're from any company and possibly be spoofing their number on Caller ID while doing so.

Not really. Given that, allegedly, the owner promptly fired that person and that the health inspector was really interested in learning more would suggest the owner was already aware of the alleged violations and is trying to skate by as long as possible.

Who knows how long those violations have been occurring or if other staff knew and aren't addressing it.

I like Hobnob like many others in and out of Lakeside, but I'm holding off on visiting them again for a while until I see a follow-up or new health inspection report.

Going to the office today for a short 3-day work week (woo hoo!), then finally checking out Tulsi for dinner and doing some post-Christmas Christmas shopping for a few people.

That said, I’m not looking forward to going outside when it’s still below freezing. I’d feel better about it if it at least snowed a little during this colder snap, but all we got was dry spite and windy hijinks.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's a heartbreaking decision to make, but please know you're making the right decision.

I went through this with my dog last August and we used Loving Kindness Vet to come to the house, administer the drugs, and then take her for cremation. They were very compassionate, made sure we understood and were comfortable with what they were about to do, and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye before we called them over to get started. I'd really recommend them if they're available.

They’re all doing great. Was worried that the house settling would cause the windows to tighten up after a season of expanding and contracting but they still feel brand new after 14 months so far.

The price would be cheaper if we didn’t get a new front door. That alone was about $1600, I think (including the door itself).

Ah, now I see what you mean.

My understanding is that VDOT is responsible for maintaining all roads across the Commonwealth, including in counties, except in Henrico and Arlington and independent cities (like Richmond) and towns.

I only recall seeing "End of VDOT Road Maintenance" (maybe in slightly different wording) when I enter Henrico County from the surrounding areas.

At least from this page on VDOT's "Report a Road Problem" page, it says (emphasis mine):

>Note: VDOT does not maintain roads in cities, towns, or in Henrico and Arlington counties, except for interstates and major primary roads.
>
>VDOT does not maintain all sidewalks, or pedestrian or bike paths. Some may be maintained by localities.

1951 house here. We had all of our original single-pane windows replaced by Window World last fall and they made a huge difference.

Before, I could stand next to windows and immediately feel hot or cold depending on the season. Now, I can put your hand right up to them and barely feel a difference in full sunlight during the summer or this morning when it was 10º.

11 windows replaced plus a brand new front door for $6,500. Took them about 3 hours from start to finish. Oh, and a lifetime warranty (as long as Window World is in business, of course). Def recommend.

The best bonus is that we can not only open the windows with one finger (when unlocked, of course) instead of wrestling with them each time and we can wash both sides from inside the house because they slide around and rotate in!

Other than that, our walls are cold at the moment, but slightly less than it was last year because we recently had Window World replace our aluminum siding with vinyl siding that includes 1" of styrofoam insulation.

Watching my 3D printer finish off my last Christmas gift while I'm downloading Elden Ring on PS5. It won GOTY from The Game Awards two weeks ago and I've been needing a new time suck while it's so cold outside.

My parents are in town for the long Christmas weekend but came down with a cold as they arrived at my sister's Wednesday evening. My husband and I are holding off on getting together in case unless we're fairly confident it's not Covid. (My mom is already feeling better today so I'd say 2 days from start to finish is very likely not Covid.)

Edit: added trailer and second sentence
