I doubt it would be as profitable as you think. The amount of extra traffic court cases would increase drastically. Extra staff to maintain and calibrate would cost tons, incorrect tickets that would need to be checked and removed, thousands of people extra in court fighting tickets, additional staff to process literal millions of tickets not to mention the widespread hatred of city government spreading for insane government overreach. Let's also not forget how much it would decrease what little tourism money we get too as the entire country will know baltimore as a city of murders and insane traffic cameras.
A better solution would be to properly time lights and increase bike and mass transit infrastructure.

I'm hoping to go back to real when the kids are older but we will see.
Fwiw if you get a local real tree it's not a bad thing for the environment since tree farms are constantly replanting. It's close to a net zero endeavor in terms of the environment and if done right can be a net positive with proper rotation and soil management.
Getting ones shipped from Canada isn't great jist because of the shipping but still likely better than shipping a plastic tree from China.

And bolstering the electric grid, creating clean energy production (nuclear, solar, or wind) and figuring out how to charge tens of thousands of new ev cars, specifically ones where people don't have driveways or garages.

They have a steak sampler platter that's amazing. Like 3 or 4 cuts of steak with fries. Highly recommend.

Prime rib for an old school steakhouse feel. Very velvet chair, 80 year old waiter type of spit.
The helmand for awesome Afghani food
La birrata is an amazing Argentinian steakhouse (with lots of non steak options)
Annabelle Lee is a cool spot with above average but not amazing food. Edgar Allen poe themed but in a tasteful way not an over the top theme park sort of way
Sally os for great cocktails and awesome food in a laid back bar atmosphere

Argentinian restaurant with awesome food. The mixed grill is some of the best steaks I've had in the city.

There are other games aside from co2 and methane and other issues with burning trash. Air quality around incinerators is markedly worse than away from them and things like nitrous oxide and ammonia are expelled in the smoke that comes from them.
I'm not saying eliminate incineration, nor am I an expert but solely looking at greenhouse gases ignores a lot of other issues with both scenarios.

Possibly, also likely desperation with higher cost of living and a lack of jobs. Not to say that these criminals would immediately jump on an hourly job but long term the only solution is opportunity and for many in Baltimore that's just not something on their radar.

That's a little more of a unique situation though since aircraft are so large. Kind of hard to keep a ton of aircraft in a museum in downtown DC, even harder to physically get them there.
The rest of the museums by and large have much smaller artifacts and exhibits than udvar hazy does.

Better than burning the trash to make energy.
Unfortunately we live in a disposable society and until drastic changes are made to that mindset we need things like this as a bandaid on the problems we have caused.

Elected leaders are people with charisma who can win a popularity contest. Intelligence is not a pre requisite. You just need to appeal to a large group of people and in some areas intelligence is actually a negative.

I haven't checked since it opened but when they first opened it was $100 for a day pass if you weren't a guest at the hotel. Maybe that's gone or maybe they just don't check.

I think they use 5 year olds for designers.
My first grader just made a collage of his favorite things that was pretty similar to this, just swap the expensive hotel for a shark and it's nearly identical.

To add to the other comment I'd write up a little contract. Doesn't need to be long or professional just something that says x will pay y and if z happens x gets y back etc.
No reason to start a conflict with neighbors over something trivial because of a misunderstanding.

I mean that sucks but it's a private catholic school with no oversight and it's own rules.
I mean at this point why anyone would send their kid to a catholic school is beyond me.
