Read the inklink article it is more detailed. Woman was dropped by Sanford police who thought shelter took walk-ins. The shelter didn't have room. The lady wandered into the mayor's office...frostbitten. Mayor's people found her shelter space in Portland...back in Maine. We only know about this case because she walked into the Mayor's office. How many other towns drop their homeless here and we never hear about it?

I haven't been on the receiving end, but I have received two calls from people who thought I called them. And I did not. But they had my number to call me back with...so I'm assuming my 603 # was used/spoofed to call these folks.

They were elderly. I tried to explain. I'm not sure they were convinced. lol

In light of the last thread about this spot and how mean people were...this is a real, live NH resident. He definitely contributed to the system as a professional and during retirement he volunteers and is active. I know him. He's a very kind man. I think he thought he was doing the right thing by agreeing to appear in this tv spot and I think the PAC/commercial spot producers did him dirty. Terrible quotes, terrible camera angle, and terrible production along with OVERplaying the dang spot. Hate the spot, but please be mindful that he's a real man, dad and grandpa here in the the Granite State.

This is a ballot question every ten years. To me, it's meaningful this year because last year our majority governing body in this state moved forward out of committee a proposal to secede from the US.

If you vote yes to holding a constitutional convention, it opens the door to that same leadership pushing that agenda at a convention. That's bad news is you like being an American.

If you vote no to holding a constitutional convention, that door will not be opened.

edit: misspelling.
