Reply to Heat pump performace in rhode island by Yak54RC
Answered the questions I had. Looking at a Mr. Cool unit to heat and cool a second floor unit that used to have a now illegal heating method. Going to use a split system. Was concerned that a heat pump wouldn't work in our area.

There is currently a lawsuit ongoing to stop this law form going into effect. Are you sure there are no 10 round mags available? Check out https://gunmagwarehouse.com/ they have a good selection. You face possible criminal charges if you are found in possession of it but they aren't going to raid your house looking for it.

Stay away from Balise Honda in Warwick. Had to cause a scene in their showroom to get my keys back after asking politely 5 times. Heard nothing but good things about Cardinal in CT.

Reply to Does a socialist/communist/anticapitalist stand a chance at winning public office and then subsequent governing without major obstruction in any municipal or state level elected position? by PinkSwallowLove
I'm sure several are in office right now just too soon to show themselves. Many of the things you mentioned have already been tried. The Hartford Projects (I'm sure that's not the current name) is one. It was built for young working families who could build up a nest egg to eventually buy their own home then another family could move in. Sounds great right? Well a judge ruled the state couldn't force people to work in order to live their. Soon the welfare class moved in and all the people who it was built for moved out.

Not sure how things work in NH but here in RI we couldn't get it done until the payoffs were lined up and bury political ties deep enough. Sure enough ex police chiefs, political cronies and ex-mobsters got the licenses. So we're good. Starts 1/1/23.

I read somewhere several years ago that NH had a law that if you were planning to move there you can vote in NH elections. Is that rue and if so is it still the case?

$2400/mo? You're referring to full time employment. As the minimum wage goes up more and more lower tier jobs will be part time.
