Answered the questions I had. Looking at a Mr. Cool unit to heat and cool a second floor unit that used to have a now illegal heating method. Going to use a split system. Was concerned that a heat pump wouldn't work in our area.

There is currently a lawsuit ongoing to stop this law form going into effect. Are you sure there are no 10 round mags available? Check out https://gunmagwarehouse.com/ they have a good selection. You face possible criminal charges if you are found in possession of it but they aren't going to raid your house looking for it.

Stay away from Balise Honda in Warwick. Had to cause a scene in their showroom to get my keys back after asking politely 5 times. Heard nothing but good things about Cardinal in CT.

I'm sure several are in office right now just too soon to show themselves. Many of the things you mentioned have already been tried. The Hartford Projects (I'm sure that's not the current name) is one. It was built for young working families who could build up a nest egg to eventually buy their own home then another family could move in. Sounds great right? Well a judge ruled the state couldn't force people to work in order to live their. Soon the welfare class moved in and all the people who it was built for moved out.

Seems like these same money grabs are on the ballot every election and always pass. Guess they're swinging for the fences this time around.
