Its a never ending debate regarding tipping, anyone who works in service knows what to expect in this industry.
I'd honestly love to know how much of the cash tips are being declared for taxes. I've seen a bunch of people rake it up literally add that up at years end I'm sure they are shaving off numbers so I really don't feel bad.

I'm 50/50 on this situation. You have people that don't tip, tip little, tip accordingly, and tip big. I'm sure it all averages out but the shit this establishment pulled is stupid however they are free to refuse service.
Advertise .35 cent wings you will get what the cat drags in so that's on the establishment.
I wonder how many people in the service industry declare "all" their tips. Tipping is customary not mandatory and everyone in the industry knows that so a non tipper or "bad" tipper is to be expected.

The Walmart on Silver Spring is a social experiment disguised as a retail center. I remember all the fights and almost fights for not having a basic divider at the self checkout line, you also notice it doesn't even look like the other Walmart's excluding the Supercenters. Now they have the dumbest things like men's boxers/briefs locked up. If you have to go there best go in the early morning or towards closing. If not go to the ones far away from Providence and both Cranston locations. Warwick gets overflow as well.
I always tell people I know from other countries, if you really want to see America go to a Walmart.

You state your lease says " NO PETS" and you have a neighbor downstairs. Hypothetically, lets say you break your clause and the neighbor complains. Do you think they will want to renew your lease or get another person w/o pets. If I was a landlord I wouldn't and take the next person. Its as simple as that.
I've seen many post on regarding pets and places that will take them. I know a cat isn't a big deal but dogs is another thing regarding noise and potential to bite regardless of how well trained they are. Have you considered others in the building.
I know this isn't easy but if there are landlords out there that have entire units for people w and w/o pets this would eliminate these type of issues.

Better think of how many people that don't have or need a pet that is looking for a place to rent.

Then that should be fine if you want converse with that group, but if you go to Spain with what you learned be prepared for some misunderstandings.
While I never sent myself to Spain, based on videos I have watched over there it did take me a little time to adjust to how they spoke because I'm so used to hearing people from Latin America speak Spanish vs any actual Spaniards.

participating in the process for one , donating to whichever candidate aligns with my views however none this past election. Hence why I say throw someone in there for face value. There was an Asian girl who ran for city council in November I forget her name, why not put her on a special seat in the name of diversity hire.

Always keep in mind the variances from Spain Spanish vs Latin American Spanish. Luckily it's about %80 the same across the continents and only differences are below from my observation
While its not a tonal language I can verify there are differences in speed of speech ( Caribbean ) and more indigenous words ( Mexico, Central, South America )

Well next time the city council run comes up the city should do a better job with getting under represented people in there exclude them from the voting process. just like a guaranteed shoe in

Why can't we just apply the same affirmative action to get a Asian, Native American, and any under represented " minority " in there. Don't we all want DIVERSITY

It could be immigration from anywhere to be honest but let the numbers get closer and don't favor one group for another. Keep it equal across the board.

Take out the PI, never in my 30 plus years have I ever seen Pacific Islanders over here except the guys who played football for college or the NE Patriots.
I don't think anything nefarious either but I do think there is something going on with voter demographics. Some groups get the blind eye turned on immigration while others don't even get that opportunity.

When you say low rider I assume you are talking about the California old school style then yes its a relatively small "scene". I remember a lot of dudes started to get into this in the early 90's then kinda faded out then you had the 2000's with the import scene low riders.
I think Chicanos Car club have been doing since this the 90's not sure if any other club existed.

Spanish is still easier in this aspect compared to others. Even with dialects , %75-80 is still continental Spanish. Major differences I would say the speed when spoken ( mainly with Caribbean speakers ) and native indigenous words introduced, slang, and different meanings of the same word.
Ex. Burrito in Spain is a little Donkey but in Mexico its a food

The wink wink benefit of how much you claim on taxes might benefit specific service sectors more than others but you can still pull the wink wink regardless a benefit that a 40 hour on the book worker doesn't have. See below
Server lets say grosses 40-60K in cash tips per year they probably will under report a little
Stripper lets say grosses 90-100K in cash tips per year you would be stupid not to under report.
