- LGBTQ+ is smaller than DC and spread out, traditional gayborhood is Mount Vernon but there's gay and queer friendly bars throughout the city. Plus we have a Stonewall League. No one cares.
- Can't answer from experience but general sense is no one will give you trouble for being non-American.
- If you make an effort to know your neighbors you can find all sorts of fun stuff. City's called Smalltimore for a reason.
- Yes
- My internet is pretty good, but it also isn't something I tend to notice.

You stopped in a bus lane to pick people up. That's not the same scenario as turning into a garage or alley.

Reply to guide to voting on referendums by UlisesLima9
The three questions there is no wrong answer. 1 is just a name change, 3 makes it harder to request a jury trial for a civil lawsuit, 5 removes elections for the Orphan Court in Howard County only and changes the appeal process slightly.
H-Personally yes, the police department has been a state agency since the 19th century.
I - Personally I would vote to support as it makes it so the advisory board that oversees the IG cannot be an elected official, candidate, or lobbyist.
J - Personally yes, as it consolidates all bill paying into a single department.
K - Personally, no, if it was limited to the mayor and City Council's President I would vote yes, I don't like that it includes Comptroller.

I have no shame in saying I use a fleet enema, just pour out the saline solution and use warm water instead.

Well gee it seems like the bigger story would be that DPW doesn't have a system to notify and collect on outstanding bills, but why would the Brew focus on that.

They're replacing the parking lot with a garage as part of the building going up on Lanvale. Plans also include potentially expanding the current garage under Penn Station, though that's undecided.
