It’ll be interesting what the future holds for crazy environments like Phoenix that even on its best day was never made to support millions of people.

One of my favorite Onion articles is Amount of Water Man Just Used to Wash Dish to be Prize for Hand-to-Hand Combat in 2065

Thank you.

I watch, or watched that show with my wife and I couldn’t handle how every second or third episode somebody had to have something absolutely horrifying happen to them and be powerless to stop it. And how is it almost always rape? That show is like a nonstop trigger warning.

It’s crazy what living through the early to mid 20th century did to people. The depression, dust bowl, three American wars, lead shooting out of exhaust pipes and into the air from every vehicle on every street, people smoking in every building you went into, drinking like crazy…the list goes on.

You posted the name so I looked up his wiki and it said he was born in 1928. “Oh thank god, 1928 was waaay before the Godfather, so the title was just a joke.”

Then I did the math. Jesus he really was only in his mid-40s in that picture. He died at 47. From a heart attack. At 47. I’m almost 47.

Yep, and if you looked at a curve of power output to engine size it follows reliability pretty closely, except for some badly designed outliers. The more hp you ask of an engine of the same size, generally the less longevity it’ll have.

There are 10+ liter turbodiesel engines in semi trucks putting out only 300-400hp that’ll go a million miles easily. On the other end when’s the last time you saw a 120hp 600cc sportbike with even 100,000 miles on the engine?

It’s literally in the name. Moped = motor and pedals. You can ride it as a motorbike, pedal bike, or both.

In gas engine form they used to be popular but by the 1990s that was falling off. People will erroneously call motor scooters mopeds now even though they look significantly different.

Anything but Commanders, which is so seemingly intentionally poorly thought out that it seems like a troll against the fans. So every player is in command? Like they all fly in from their global deployments on Sundays?

Hell just go back to Football Team while we sort it out.
