Either something is on that is draining the battery or your alternator is dead. Pretty much any tow truck can determine that when they give you a jump.

As far as notifying the city, there isn't anyway to avoid the ticket. You have to move the vehicle.

Michael Bay doesn't trick anyone. R/movies beloves so many shit movies. It is just bizarre how many terrible movies have rabid fans on this sub.

Generally if this place raves about a movie you should be very skeptical.
