Grove st/Hamilton park shouldn’t really be paired like that. HP very accessible from the commercial part of downtown but it’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of families. Compared to grove st at least your have better chance of getting more for your buck in HP. Also the park and there’s a low budg gym.
