Looks like she tried to stop the fight without shooting, and when that didn't work, fired extremely close quarters to not hit bystanders. IMO she did everything correctly.

Whole situation sucks though.

If they're porcelain tiles the tiles themselves are hard to fuck up.

Don't use acidic products like vinegar, it can destroy grout (and will etch natural stone like marble), but basic products should be fine.

There's "correct" and there's "works." Try it on the existing circuit, if you trip shit, then get a new circuit. Lots of the NEC is best practices put into code because when circuits start tripping, people do dangerous and stupid shit like forcing breakers open.

It's illegal to do your own electrical work in Philly anyway because homeowners cannot pull plumbing or electrical permits without a plumbing or electrical license, but that doesn't stop most people.

Lots of these reactions come from everyday interactions with cops. Ones who refuse to take police reports for minor quality of life crimes, the mandatory cop at every construction site going on their phone in the car, and general asshole attitude by plenty of cops.

What do you want out of this? Lawyers are expensive and even if you are 100% legally correct, there is never a guarantee you will win, let alone get your legal fees paid.

In my opinion you should try to negotiate a cash for keys situation. They don't want you there and are making you miserable. If you can find a new place, maybe offer your current landlord that you'll gtfo in exchange for your security deposit and moving costs paid in advance, or paid when you turn the keys over. Of course get everything in writing, so if they try to screw you, you can take them to municipal court.
