In Chapter 2 of the 'NEW DADS HANDBOOK', P.3, paragraph 2, it clearly states: "Upon attaining fatherhood with the birth of a child, the new father is required to divest himself of any & all sporty cars, motorcycles, jet skis, or other items that are used for fun or enjoyment, & must, within 3 months of the child's birth, purchase a station wagon, van, or other vehicle which may be used by the woman of the household!

I'm not sure, but here's my guess: the rear one if for the SS agent to hold onto while the car travels @ 'parade pace', just to help him keep pace & ease the effort of walking distances- the one around the driver's door is, I suspect, for the agent to hold onto & lift himself up so he can use his body to shield the driver! Anybody w more knowledge want to weigh in here??

... as long as conservative state legislators continue to cut funding for social programs so that they can brag about saving money for taxpayers, this will continue! Taxpayers are having the nearly impossible task of surviving on the current wages being paid in many sectors; a solution would be to raise the minimum wage, & support labor unions who can negotiate better wages, allowing to take some of the 'sting' out of a tax increase which would be directed at 'skeletonized' social programs. Will these same conservative legislators vote for an increase in minimum wage & support labor unions to reverse this situation??? You already know the answer...!

When my Aussie (I guess yours is a Border Collie) was a puppy she disemboweled so many stuffed toys I had to use a small leaf rake to scrape up all the stuffings!!
