Gray tower is Textron (Cessna, Bell Helicopters, etc.) world HQ. Plus some law firms and assorted tenants.

One Financial (the large white stone tower) has several floors of BoA, but that is recent. It was built as the Hospital Trust Tower (a bank) and they occupied the 28th Floor Penthouse and several others. Then a large law firm, Edwards and Angell took over much of that space, but they have since changed names and stopped being locally headquartered and downsized a bit in the building. The Santander is just a branch in the lobby. The rest of the tower is several law firms, Morgan Stanley financial services, and some other assorted tenants.

He owned the building! And there was nothing deeming the structure worthy of preservation. We still have private property rights in America, as far as I'm aware. My friend lives in a 1785 farmhouse out in Lincoln, they could knock it down tomorrow if they got a town demo permit.

Their building recently went condo. In addition to being high quality food, I bet them having to buy their unit and take on debt is somewhat a factor. (Assuming they bought and aren’t like renting from a third-party owner. Used to be the Microlofts and store fronts were like apartments.)

These days, for restaurants and bars I don’t even look at websites, I usually google for hours and if I want info pics and menus it’s instagram.

It makes sense. People don’t all know how to make a website and keep it current.

My grandma can instagram.

Edit: ROGUE ISLAND is great too!
