I think anyone not imprisoned or on parole should have full rights. Gun rights, voting rights, all of it. However I can see in certain cases a lifetime restriction of certain rights being part of the sentence or a condition of release. It should be taken on a case by case basis rather than a policy matter of banning all convicts indiscriminately. Simply, let the punishment fit the crime.

Wherever you want. There's internet pretty much everywhere except properties way out in the woods, on class 6 roads and such. And even then satellite internet has gotten pretty good, you don't need a low ping to work. So even in that case only dense forest cover or being right on a mountain ridge could impede it.

With wifi calling a good cell signal doesn't even matter. I should know, I barely have one. But I do have a 500/50 internet connection, that's my lifeline. It doesn't go down very often and when it does it's usually on my end and rebooting the modem or router fixes it. Actual ISP downtime is like under 5 hours a month.

People smuggle alcohol from here to resell down in NY, NJ, maybe even further. The tax difference is so much that it's still profitable.

I guess it's not against our laws to sell it to them but it's against their laws to bring back large amounts without paying their states tax.

I think that area should just stay empty as is, a lot of birds like it. Unfortunately they don't pay rent for it.

Maybe use that empty mall right down the road..?

In FL one place I lived at would post notices to pay or quit on the doors the day rent was due. In the evening yeah but they didn't even check the drop box first, I'd hear someone putting it on my door while my check was sitting in their office. Of course it was meaningless since they got it the next day but still looked like assholes.

The other day I was coming up to a green light to go straight through and there was a semi truck pulling into the intersection making a left turn in front of me. I hit the brakes and stopped on green. I realized too late that he had a yield left turn and was going to sit there and just block traffic so he'd be guaranteed the left even if the light turned red, that's common enough to have a name, the Pittsburgh left. But he just went since I gave way.

By the time he finished turning I had a red light. Point being.... idk just be careful and pay attention. Don't worry about pleasing everybody else on the road. Everyone makes driving mistakes, even really stupid ones - yes you do - so don't get angry either.

For anyone curious, airguns are not legally considered firearms, except in New Jersey. Federally they're not regulated (other than possible restrictions on hunting with them, I don't know about that)

Edit: apparently Rhode island also defines them as firearms. NJ and RI are the only states that currently do.

You know there's a train too, right? It's just a mountain - soil and rocks, the most unique thing about it is some alpine plants that don't exist at lower elevations. We paved a road through the notch, that's a beautiful spot too. Gets a lot more traffic than Mount Washington.

The only thing that makes it special is humans perception of it. It's tall, you can see long distances from the top. So let the people enjoy it. No other species has these philosophies about the sanctity of a mountain. That's the catch - we love it so much we want to visit it but hate the fact that so many people are visiting it.

Problem or not the fact remains that I can go buy them in any neighboring state just like people do with weed. I don't use such solvents very much but I was astonished that they're not available in NH and just a handful of other states like California.

Next time I will try it but I have my doubts usually you want the opposite of oil for this stuff. It was enamel paint that doesn't come off easy not fucking watercolors.

I got all downvotes when I suggested NH legalize paint thinners and other solvents that I can buy in MA, ME and VT. Y'all are racist against me having a clean bathtub. Well guess the fuck what I used xylene I bought in Mass to strip off the paint job I messed up and it looks FANTASTIC now.

I'm holding a grudge on this. Let me buy my industrial solvents in state or I will badger my reps to ban the devils cabbage. I don't care if it's illegal I just beak the law. whoop de do.

And while we're at it I also want strychnine. I don't know what for yet but I want it.
