Having been in Malden about 5 years now, and lived south shore much of my life before then, I definitely think Malden is more diverse. That might not have a ton of carryover to being more comfortable here if you're LGBTQ but you might feel more comfortable that you're in a pool of all different kinds of people.

I'm biased though, I really like it here lol

It has all that metal on it to keep homeless people from sleeping on it. It stays warm. That is actually an emergency exit out of the subway tunnel, and they don't want people laying on it because then people could get trapped trying to escape in an emergency.

It's a weird story how I know that, but that is what those are. Exit doors.

I have PPO insurance and I've never needed a PCP referral. That sounds more like Ops insurance. When I've thought I needed a specialist I've just called places til I found somewhere that was scheduling. Then again I don't immediately equate a bad headache with being a brain tumor...
