The fact these folks left his body in the house with them for 2-3 days while they continued on using drugs is unbelievable. Can’t see how anyone could be that heartless or even be able to stand the smell.

Hey congratulations on those 100ish days. I know as a recovering addict how hard it is and those first days are that much harder. Keep up the good work.

And yet the local government keeps telling residents the air and water are safe. Nah man I don’t think so.

My first elementary school had that damn thing. I’ve always had a nervous bladder and prayed everyday that nobody was in the one stall also in the bathroom.

I hate the idea of animals being abandoned - it’s cruel and simply heartless, but judging by the looks and actions of those folks the dog is much better off without them.

The state has lost twice in court already. I grew up in Claremont where they were the first to sue the state over educational funding and it was found back then the way educational funding is done in the state is unconstitutional. I’m no lawyer or constitutional expert but I don’t understand how the state has lost multiple times now and has pending lawsuits going on again and yet they’re not forced to make changes.

I think more than anything it’s still the stigma. Took a long time to admit I had issues with anxiety because I was so worried what people would think. Then even when I admitted to myself I should speak to someone I’d literally run into and out of the therapist’s office to avoid being seen. Until we treat getting help for mental health issues like any other health problem I’m sure a lot of people are going to avoid seeking treatment.

I see some comments on Facebook pouring out sympathy for this girl but I’m sorry, I don’t care how bad your circumstances are - you do whatever’s best and necessary for the well-being of the child. There were alternatives available including the safe haven law. Instead she left this premature newborn baby unclothed and exposed to harsh winter temperatures. She does not deserve this child and can only imagine the poor life it’s suffer if it were to remain in her care.

Pat’s Peak is really great and enjoy going at night for the atmosphere. It’s a great ski area that doesn’t have the feel of one of those huge ski resorts plus being centrally located is convenient.
