You do understand they are human beings as well? It's not being "woke" just because these are characters. They're showing up more, because they were not used like they should have been in the past. Being regulated to the slave, the maid, non-existent sexual preference, etc means being underused because they were deemed lower by some people.

I get that for some that's what running a business is like for most businesses. Only for those who own the business, & never step foot in it. Your everyday business....is how small governments should be run. Then there would be actual budgeting for things that occur. Just like how a person may run their own individual life. You know plan for today, the next year, the rest of your life-knowing full well as things "age" they'll need to be replaced. Where I live, they don't think about those things, then oh we need this, this, & that-NOW. And guess who pays for ALL that now? The people who live here. I own , run my business. I've saved for those emergencies, for things that will break down, a lot of it that went back into the business when Covid hit. And it pisses me off, that the village government decided to raise our taxes so the schools-all of them could have things that were not needed immediately. This happened right before Covid. Oh then well the water system needs to be upgraded, increase water/sewer by 83% in 1 year-this was during Covid. Replace water meters, & make people pay for all those estimations that were not quite right(some had to pay 1000's in a couple months). This is a government who did not budget, like a business would. And we're all paying for it. Yes, I get the "big" businesses have those at the top that get millions, if not billions. But that is not a basic business. You probably budget for your home....that is a business model. That is what is needed. People in government who think about the things that will be needed down the road & to plan for it.

Probably because people don't search other threads to see if their question has been asked. Or sometimes they want to post their own thread. And especially towards the end of the year, you're going to have a lot of what was your favorite.... of 2022?

Ok I can see why you may take it that way. But for many, they want to watch these programs of people they liked. There's a reason series featuring these actors gets high ratings when they air them.

I think it's great. It's a detective series, with a woman in the lead role during times where you didn't see that. She kicks ass.

Nothing except what the show is trying to put forth. Not any different than putting the word new, bad, etc in front of something.

As long as it doesn't take several years between seasons. Funny thing is, I have issues of walking into a room, & not remembering wth I walked in there for. But several months between seasons of a tv series-no problem.

How many people actually sit through a series they dislike at the beginning??? Most of the time it's good, then goes bad. That's when people will sit through a series til the end. If it's at the beginning, for most, at least on here, people will quit after 10 minutes.

A lot of deer meat now goes to the homeless. It does get thoroughly checked, just like in other processes. The only exception would be solo people doing the processing themselves. But then they really should not be giving the meat to anyone but family. No need to ban hunting.
And I know a lot of hunters, generational, who have been hunting for over 50 years. They all wore masks during the pandemic. Being how cold it is here, chances are their faces will be all covered up anyways.

It was during the press conference, that they said they were not looking at them as suspects & someone asked why. He then said they could not divulge anything else. Then this morning they had the DA who said the two were not being looked at. That's why some are speculating they were passed out, and were not in the same area of the house as the others. I read somewhere as well that when the call came in they're was an unconcious person...not dead. So that could be one of the two. You know take a little, drink a lot-your out for a good period of time.

They ruled the two out though. They very well could have been drunk, high, both & that's why they had no clue.

Lol, this reminds me of the recertification I took 2 years ago. They had listed almond under nuts along with walnuts, pistachios, cashews. I stared at the screen & was stuck all because I knew almond should not be listed there. I'm like I should know because I am allergic to the rest, but not to almond because it's not a tree nut. I did email our state's health & my health inspector, never heard anything.
