Well they're widening it and reinforcing it since it's used by truckers so much, which also contributed to the problem. So they're moving utilities, building proper drainage, ripping a road out, and basically starting from scratch.

It's been glitchier than usual lately. Idk a whole lot about fiber systems, but cable systems historically have problems when temps change, so maybe the weather is having something to do with it. It is the first winter for a lot of their plant.

Gardens Aglow here in town is one of the better displays I've been to. Eureka Springs could be nice as well, I haven't been down there during Christmas in a few years though.
