So about 85% of the world population is religious in some form or another and nearly all religions include some sort of deity and or afterlife where communication between them and humans can and does occur.

Not saying this dude talks to ghosts, but 85% of the world population does not see at as beyond the realm of possibility.

It’s not but I think tying rent to inflation is a bad idea.

>”Key Takeaways. Core inflation is the change in the costs of goods and services but does not include those from the food and energy sectors. Food and energy prices are exempt from this calculation because their prices can be too volatile or fluctuate wildly.“

The one hunting rule in the house is “if you kill it, you eat it”. Mice are exempt. Ants are not.

That and having seen the commercial meat industry in action, I have trouble eating store bought meat.

Dude, Bernie started running for office 3 years after he moved to VT. So did Zuckerman. He was still in UVM his first run as a state rep.

You are lying to yourself.

Welch and Balint where here 6 years or less, before they ran for office. Malloy is 100% a carpetbagger but so are 1/2 of the politicians in VT that are currently in office. If you took some time to research them, even though you agree with them, you will see a trend of out of staters moving here and being elected to statewide office less then 10 years after they got here.

That annoyed me.it annoyed me more that I honestly believe that story was sat on until after the primary to help Balint win. It put a dent in her story of the LGBTQ community financially supporting her to get her name out there. She is better then Liam but now she owes a couple crypto bros in a big one.

It also shows very clearly, money = votes.
