These are all being demoed. The ground is being backfilled to match the existing landscape. A few of the buildings have already been done. Plans are available to the public. This is the old Hickey School that is not behind the fences. As of right now, there are no plans for new construction

Yes that is always done on commercial sites. They discuss specs and procedures and the contractor need to assess the facility

The buildings in the photos are being demoed. I attended a pre bid there last month. That is when I took the pictures. Everything but the church is going to be leveled

The Charles Hickey old Youth Detention Center is being demolished. Just a few pics of what is there now before it is gone.
