That’s what the flyer said. In or around the gazebo.

Saw a flyer for VVP this evening so appears they are this year. Halloween rather inconveniently fell on a Monday this year. May be more concentrated in the park instead of door to door.

Light horse possibly. Otherwise try the Ashford closer to grove.

Any particular car make? Honda accords are a perennial in the stolen wheels department and frequently end up on ye olde milke crates.

Reply to How important is it to have a car in JC? by [deleted]
I liken JC to Arlington, VA in many ways (satellite to dominant national city, transit links into town, proximity to national/int’l airport). Car need will be lifestyle dependent. Useful mostly for errand running on weekends, away visits, and a convenience late at night and during inclement weather. Your biggest hassle will be parking so find a place that comes with it.

Great pic. Left bank of the Hudson never gets enough respect due to NYC hogging the limelight.
Recommend taking all 4 sights in from the southern tip of LSP. It’s this almost Hong Kong like contiguous wall of tall — JC, midtown, downtown (Manhattan), Brooklyn.

20 years of selling sugary milky beverages is no small feat. These aren’t scaled up chain businesses. Probably got tired and wanted to retire.

Savings show up more clearly if you’re owning property in JC. Property tax is higher this side of the river but you save a bundle on city wage taxes. All else being equal you can net a sizable chunk here. Also cost of everything else — food, shopping, parking, fuel, etc will be lower than Manhattan. Cant comment on how Brooklyn contrasts with JC other than income tax savings.

FBI issued a warning earlier about elevated anti semitic threats and so both JC and Hoboken have more cop presence.
